(Atlanta) – Quick, when was the last time Shoni didn’t play a post-season game in sanctioned sports? Give up? The answer is never, since her freshman year in high school all the way through her four years at Louisville and now in her first season in the WNBA Shoni is headed to post-season play.

The No. 1 seed Atlanta Dream will host the No. 4-seeded Chicago Sky at Philips Arena in Game 1 of their Eastern Conference Semifinals match up on Friday, Aug. 22, at 7:30 p.m. ET. The game will be televised on NBA TV.

The Dream will also host Game 3 of the Conference Semifinals, if necessary, in the best-of-three series on Tuesday, Aug. 26 at 7:30 p.m. ET. That game will also be televised on NBA TV. Game 2 will take place on Sunday, Aug. 24, in Chicago, starting at 7 p.m. ET, and will be televised by ESPN2.

Atlanta, making its sixth consecutive playoff appearance but first as the conference’s top seed, dropped the season series to Chicago, 3-2. The Dream has never before faced the Sky in the post season.

Before hosting the Sky, the Dream will first host a pep rally on Wednesday at Centennial Olympic Park beginning at 5:30 p.m. The pep rally will include giveaways, music, food and more, and Dream players and coaches will be on hand to address the fans.

The Dream will also be launching a new Playoff Central feature on its website, to provide fans with one location to find playoff information such as schedules, promotions, news and more.
