College of the Redwoods Priscilla Masten (Hoopa) and Grace Bruschi (Kuruk) had huge days at the SOU Invite

This weekend two College of the Redwoods Women’s records fall!

(Ashland, OR) –  Priscilla Masten (Hoopa Tribe) and Grace Bruschi (Kuruk Tribe) had huge days at the SOU Invite for the College of the Redwoods. Masten improved her previous  school record in the hammer (133-10) by nearly 2 feet improving the record to 135-4.

Bruschi also beat Masten’s record at the beginning of the day by hitting a 134-9. She also broke the long standing discus record Friday with a toss of 129-11 beating the old record by 2 feet (127-11). It was a 4 foot PR for Bruschi and a State A qualifying distance.
