by (Lawrence, Kansas) – The Haskell Indian Nations University women’s volleyball team swept Cottey College (25-15, 25-12, 25-20) on Wednesday evening at Coffin Sports Complex to pick up a conference win.
The Lady Indians were led by a trio of hitters of Cheristine Mousseau, Sydney Dray and Mary Bighorn who all had 6 kills apiece. On the defensive side of the ball, Haskell was led by Sophia Honahni who had 18 digs and Jasmine Boyd with 17 digs.
Indians have a short turnaround as they step out of conference play to host No. 25 Ottawa University on Thursday at Coffin Sports Complex.
