by Three student-athletes from across the country have been honored as the Continental Athletic Conference Women’s Volleyball Players of the Week for their recent all-around strong performances in matches.
Haskell Indian Nations University (Kansas) junior Mya Dalgai, the Attacker of the Week, posted a .420 hitting percentage and collected 51.5 points over the 16 sets in four matches last week. He also had 43 kills on 81 attempts that featured just nine hitting errors in those matches. The Ganado, Arizona, native had 16 kills in a 3-1 win against Boyce College (Kentucky) last Friday and then recorded 12 kills in a 3-2 loss to Alice Lloyd College (Kentucky) the next day.
