The freshman has hit .371 this year, the highest batting average by a Husky frosh since Trysten Melhart’s .379 mark in 2015. Espinoza had a three-hit, three-RBI day in just her third career game. In her last eight games, Espinoza has four extra-base hits, driving in 11 runs and scoring seven in that time.
