by NORFOLK, Va. (October 9, 2017) – After going a perfect 3-0 last week, the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) acknowledged junior Tamia Dockery for her outstanding performances. Dockery was selected MEAC Volleyball Setter of the WeekThe announcement came yesterday.
Dockery has earned setter of the week for the third time this season after registering double-doubles in all three victories. She finished the week producing 36.0 assists per set and 12.3 digs per set.
HU begins a five-match home stretch, beginning with Hampton and Norfolk State.
Friday’s contest begins 7 p.m. while Sunday’s match is slated for 3 p.m.
Both matchups take place inside Burr Gymnasium
