NASCAR: Tommy Baldwin Racing honoring memory of LCpl Alejandro Yazzie, USMC, during the Charlotte Coca-Cola 600 Race

(Mooresville, NC) – Tommy Baldwin Racing and Accell Construction have partnered with Hope For The Warriors for the Memorial Day Weekend’s Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte Motor Speedway. Piloting the No. 7 Chevrolet is NASCAR veteran, JJ Yeley.

Hope For the Warriors is a non-profit veteran service organization that provides full-cycle care to restore self, family and hope to post-9/11 service members, their families, and the families of the fallen. In honor of Memorial Day, LCpl Alejandro J “Poncho” Yazzie (Navajo) of the United States Marine Corps will be riding on board the Tommy Baldwin Racing Chevrolet. LCpl Yazzie was a member of the 1st Combat Engineer Battalion out of Camp Pendleton, California, and was killed in action in 2010 in Afghanistan.

The dedication and support that they give to our servicemen and women and their families is unmatched by any other organization.”
