by Strong performances in season-opening meets have earned Haskell Indian Nations University (Kansas) junior Jaiven Hale and Florida National University junior Christina Adams the Continental Athletic Conference Cross Country Runner of the Week awards.
Hale, the Men’s Runner of the Week, set a personal best with a 15:58.4 time over the 5-kilometer race to place third among 70 runners at Baker University’s Rust Buster meet.
