OGDEN – Weber State women’s basketball dropped a 75-52 decision this Thursday evening to the UC Davis Aggies at the Dee Events Center.
Lanae Billy led the Wildcats with a strong performance offensively, scoring 19 points on 7-of-15 shooting, including three good 3-pointers. Billy also added one rebound, three assists and one steal.
Despite a solid defensive effort, Weber State struggled to find a consistent offensive rhythm. The Wildcats shot 30.9 percent from the field and 21.4 percent from the arc.
UC Davis scored 27 points in the third quarter, boosting the Aggies to a lead that the Wildcats could not recover from as they secured the game 75-52.
