The 2026 Continental Athletic Conference women’s basketball tournament field is set with six teams advancing to the postseason event, being held for the first time at Georgia Gwinnett College in Lawrenceville, Georgia.
First-round play begins on Thursday, February 26, followed by the semifinal round on Saturday, February 28. A league champion will be crowned on Sunday, March 1, at 7 p.m.
The team leaving GGC’s Convocation Center with postseason hardware will claim the CAC’s bid to the NAIA national tournament.
Tournament host Georgia Gwinnett College has earned the top seed and joins No. 2 seed Haskell Indian Nations University (Kansas) in earning a first-round bye.
Also qualifying for the tournament are No. 3 seed Florida National University, No. 4 seed Washington Adventist University (Maryland), No. 5 seed Carolina University (North Carolina), and No. 6 seed Morris College (South Carolina).
First-round matchups on February 28 feature Florida National against Morris at 3 p.m. followed by Washington Adventist playing Carolina at 7 p.m.
