by For the second time this spring, Bacone College (Oklahoma) junior Tayla Topaha has been named the Association of Independent Institutions Softball Hitter of the Week.
Topaha batted 6-for-10 (.600) in four games for the Warriors. That performance featured one home run, three RBI and two doubles. The Cortez, Colorado, native also scored a run, drew two walks and stole one base for the week.
For the season, Topaha is batting .370 with 12 RBI and 10 runs scored for the season.
